What is CBD?

CBD is a valuable cannabinoid molecule found in the cannabis plant—and present in effective quantities in hemp flower. CBD has many health claims we are not specifically able to discuss! If you search on the internet what some health benefits are, you will surely find a similar report!

THE BENEFITS OF CBD ARE UNDENIABLE!!

It has also shown promising results, as shared in a 2017 World Health Organization (WHO) report. The WHO report showed that CBD demonstrated relief in the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease, complications related to cancer and diabetes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, anxiety, and depression.

What is THC?

THC is a cannabinoid molecule found in negligible amounts in hemp, and in high amounts in marijuana. It has psychoactive effects which can cause paranoia, extremely slow reaction time, and give a visual look of your typical stoner! Do we really like that effect of cannabis or would we rather chill out and relax with the mental clarity smokable hemp provides? Try our hemp blunts out and see what you prefer!

What is Delta-9?

Another name for THC, whose full name is delta-9-tetrahydocanabidol. This is what gets you high as a kite and can make social experiences dreadful! Thankfully, smokable hemp is legally required to have below .3% delta-9 THC

What is a cannabinoid?

A cannabinoid is a molecule found in the glands of the hemp plant. Some of the most common cannabinoids are CBD, THC, CBG, CBC, and CBN. Each cannabinoid has a role to play, although research is still trying to uncover how each cannabinoid acts upon the others—and upon our endocannabinoid system.

What is the endocannabinoid system (ECS)?

It’s pretty complex, but in its simplest form: the ECS is a network in our bodies that works to keep everything in balance. It is made up of cannabinoid receptors, endocannabinoids, and enzymes. The cannabinoids in hemp bind with the cannabinoid receptors in our bodies.

What is a hemp terpene?

This is the “personality” of each hemp plant. Terpenes are oily molecules that provide the scent and flavor of the hemp flower. Terpenes are found in every plant on earth. Did you know that terpenes give off different wellness and effects based on their terpene profile? Learn more about hemp terpenes!

What is hemp flower?

Hemp flower can also be known as bud, nugget, herb, or nug. It is the round, compact growth on a hemp plant that gives off a strong scent. It is also a hive of cannabinoid and terpene activity. Hemp flower looks, smells, feels, and tastes, almost identical to cannabis flower.

What is a hemp leaf?

This is the dried leaf which comes directly form the hemp plant. It makes a great wrap for hemp blunts which is often brown!

What is smokable hemp?

  • It’s a way to introduce cannabinoids like CBD into your body.
  • It’s a way to smoke socially without getting high.
  • It’s a way to partake in CBD and various cannabinoids without risking a failed drug test. Recently claims have been made that some smokable hemp has caused failed drug tests! We believe this is because of corrupt companies selling hemp with an illegal amount of THC! Be careful and always review the lab reports!! We offer lab reports for each and every strain.

What is a CBD edible?

CBD infused edibles can be gummies, chocolates, snack foods, cooking oils, salad oils, or any CBD product that you consume as a food.

What is a CBD topical?

CBD infused topicals can be oils, lip balms, lotions, creams, or any CBD product that you consume through application to your body.

The Nitty Gritty - Legality of Smokable Hemp...

Will I fail a drug test after smoking hemp flower?

You very well could fail a drug test! Properly regulated hemp flower doesn’t contain a high enough level of THC to register in a drug test. It is always possible you can buy hemp flower or other hemp blunts from corrupt companies selling hemp flower with an illegal amount of delta-9 THC in their product! Many companies have been found to falsify lab reports and reviews of their products. Please do proper due diligence and carefully review lab reports for their delta-9 THC levels. It must be below .3%!

Will smoking hemp get me high?

No, but you may feel effects of full spectrum hemp and question whether it is a feeling of being high. Do not operate heavy machinery or drive a vehicle! Carefully read our warning disclaimers. Properly regulated hemp doesn’t contain a high enough level of THC to give any psychoactive effects. Do proper research and evaluate all lab reports (COAs) before purchasing and consuming any and all hemp products!

Is hemp legal in the US?

Thanks to the passing of the Farm Bill, hemp is legal at a federal level—so as a country, we are allowed to grow and use hemp products. At a state level, it can be outlawed. So contrary to popular belief, hemp is not legal “everywhere”! You must research your local laws and find out if you are able to purchase smokable hemp in the state you are located in! Laws surrounding smokable hemp are constantly changing and evolving.

How old do I need to be to buy smokable hemp?

This varies from state to state, and also from one online retailer to the next. At Blunts.com you must be 21 years or older to buy our top shelf smokable hemp blunts.

What are the health benefits of smokable hemp?

The health benefits of smokable hemp are still being discovered by researchers globally and can not exactly be confirmed. You don’t need to go far on the internet to find anecdotal evidence that smoking hemp flower and hemp blunts can contribute to reduced anxiety and stress, and relief from chronic pain and discomfort. Nevertheless, we can not claim smoking hemp flower has medicinal value!

Is hemp just a way for retailers to pave the way to selling marijuana?

Not at all! Hemp is a legitimate way to enjoy the benefits of quality smokable CBD without the psychoactive effects of THC. Hemp flower is identical to cannabis flower, not everybody likes to feel paranoid and eat unhealthy amounts of munchies! Give out hemp blunts a try, you will not regret it! Most of our consumers smoke hemp and never go back to delta-9 THC. Hemp blunts give you that euphoric, chill feeling everybody really wants to enjoy!

Can I prove that my smokable hemp blunt is not marijuana if I get stopped by the police?

In a word: NO! Only laboratory testing can prove that your hemp flower is…well…legal hemp flower. You could provide them with the test results sheet which we enclose with every order shipped, but this isn’t necessarily going to be effective.. If this is a major concern for you, we recommend keeping your hemp flower products at home or not ordering our hemp blunts at all! This is a risky business because smokable hemp flower and cannabis looks and smells basically identical!

Spot The Difference!

What’s the difference between a blunt and a joint?

A blunt looks very similar to a cigar, packed with 100% pure, ground up hemp flower. It is wrapped in a hemp leaf casing(no tobacco).

A joint looks very similar to a cigarette, packed with 100% pure, ground up hemp flower. It is wrapped in a rice paper casing(no tobacco).

What’s the difference between hemp and marijuana?

Both hemp and marijuana belong to the cannabis genus of plants—Cannabis Sativa. Which is why they basically look identical! Which is why law enforcement have serious issues when they find smokable hemp products!

But not all cannabis plants are created equal. Marijuana can have up to 25% THC—the psychoactive component that makes users feel high. Hemp can contain a maximum delta-9 THC level of 0.3%, so users don’t need to contend with a high—just the relaxing effects of CBD.

Legally, there’s a pretty big difference between Hemp and Marijuana.

Up until 2018, hemp and marijuana were both illegal under federal law.

Marijuana still is: it can only be legalized at state level.

Hemp, on the other hand, has been legal at a federal level since 2018, but every individual state has the ability to outlaw it.

What’s the difference between CBD and THC?

CBD and THC are both cannabinoids—molecules found in the glands of the hemp plant. CBD has calming properties and can act on the body in several ways. THC has psychoactive properties and can act on the body by making you feel high.

CBD can moderate the effects of THC, too—by making you feel slightly less high.

What’s the difference between growing my own and ordering online?

There is no way to control the amount of CBD in your own hemp plant. Reputable growers and retailers—like yours truly—invest heavily in research and quality control to ensure a consistent level of CBD and to adhere to the law around how much THC our hemp products contain. This level of research also helps us deliver a premium smokable CBD experience.

What’s the difference between hemp flower and hemp leaf?

Hemp flower contains the largest concentration of CBD and terpenes specific to that plant. Hemp leaf is—in our opinion—a good option for wrapping your blunt.

What’s the difference between smoking hemp and hemp infused edibles?

Smoking hemp bypasses the digestive system, meaning all those cannabinoids and terpenes head straight for your bloodstream. This increases the potency of CBD, and also allows for a faster experience—which in turn gives users the ability to moderate their own dosage.

What’s the difference between smoking hemp and hemp infused topicals?

Smoking hemp is the most effective method of receiving CBD into the body. In fact, it has been clinically proven that smoking CBD products provides bioavailability that equals that of IV injection. And nobody injects CBD!!
